August Birchbox Unboxing (The BEST Box I Have Ever Gotten)

One of my favorite times of the month is when my Birchbox arrives. And no I am definitely not sponsored to say this, but I just love trying out new products without "paying" for it. My birthday is close to Christmas so when I got presents it is consolidated into one time period, when I was little I thought it was great! My little 8 year old self would say, "what I don't get for Christmas I will get for my birthday!" Although it didn't really work like that, I now find myself lusting over things and products I want throughout the year and telling myself..wait until Christmas or your birthday, and end up forgetting half of the stuff I want. Its a vicious cycle! So I guess what I am trying to say in this super unneccesarily long snobbish paragraph is that it is like a birthday present every month. Yes I could have simply put it at that, but today I am really in the mood to write/blog and I am trying to test your reading limits...if you made it this far, CONGRATULATIONS you have the whole rest of the blog post to read. (and I put the congratulations in caps so that you would reach the end hehe!)

Well if you couldn't tell I received my Birchox for this month and I am more than pleased with what I received! I will show you what I got and give you my first impressions like I did in my previous unboxing! (and can we just take a moment for the cuteness of this box, I am dying-maybe because I have a stupid obsession with cute decorative boxes)

So lets DIVE IN! (I couldn't resist)

R+Co Death Valley Dry Sampoo

First off this smells amazing, which is immediate plus because if the product doesn't work out you still have great smelling hair. Fortunately this wasn't the case since it did an excellent job removing excess oil. My hair is naturally oily-which is not cute and this does the trick. It also adds great volume. HUGE thumbs up for me!And I love the packaging!

Beauty Protecter|Protect and Detangle 

My hair is feeling the love! Another amazing smelling product that works WONDERS!!!! I can't stress it enough with only a few spritz this product blasted through my tangles and left the yummiest scent in the world (caution:refrain from eating hair after spraying this). It left a gorgeous healthy sheen to my hair and left it feeling nice and soft. I will absolutely purchase this again if I ever run out!

Balm Desert|Bronzer/Blush

The color on this product is absolutely gorgeous!It can work as either a blush or a bronzer because of its shade, but on my skin tone it would work better as a bronzer. It doesn't feel cakey and leaves a slight shimmer on your skin that is absolutely gorgeous!

Supergoop| Daily Correct CC Cream SPF 35

The CC cream first appears dark, but with a little elbow grease it blends into the skin matte. It definitely does not feel cake  but only provides very light coverage.

Dr Jart+|Vital Hydra Solution Deep Hydration Sheet Mask  

 I was super excited to receive this product and then I read some great reviews on it so now I am over the moon. That being said since I only have one I want to save it for a pampering day instead of using it right away just for a first impression. I will let you know what I think!
